Responsibilities

• Oversee mitigation, remediation, and reconstruction operations from intake to wrap-up.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and manage project managers, crew chiefs, technicians.
• Monitor budgets, job costing, and profitability to minimize margin leakage.
• Ensure safety compliance with OSHA and restoration guidelines.
• Coordinate with property owners, insurers, and internal teams.
