The role requires 3+ years of people management, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and flexibility to work weekends and nights.

Qualifications

3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years Amazon experience.
Flexibility to work weekends, nights and holidays.
Experience leading teams of salaried and numerous indirect employees.
Lean/Kaizen/Six Sigma experience is a plus.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Support, mentor, and motivate your salaried and hourly workforce.
Lead large-scope projects with site and regional impact.
Build and execute productivity plans through forecast reviews and load balancing.
Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, HR to meet objectives.
Lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk up to 12 hours.
Work in environments with variable temperatures and noise.
Adapt to sites with stairs where applicable.
