Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an Operations Manager in Bloomington, CA to lead a combined salaried and hourly team, drive safety, quality, and delivery performance, and employ data-driven decisions to improve productivity. You will mentor staff, manage cross-functional projects, and partner with Safety, Engineering, and HR to meet business objectives.

The role requires a flexible schedule incl. weekends/nights, with potential for growth as Amazon expands its fulfillment network.

Qualifications

3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

Support, mentor, and motivate your salaried and hourly workforce.
Lead large-scope projects with site and regional impact.
Build and execute productivity plans through forecast reviews, determining productivity requirements, and partnering with other Leaders to load balance.
Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, Human Resources to develop plans to meet business objectives.
Continuously climb and descend stairs as needed and lift up to 49 pounds.
