Responsibilities

• Supervise daily work with focus on quality, safety and on-time delivery.
• Monitor safety, correct acts/conditions and provide feedback.
• Plan manpower and schedule to ensure timely freight delivery and pickup.
• Assign tasks and communicate directions clearly.
• Monitor service freight and ensure cut time compliance.
• Identify cost-cutting opportunities while maintaining safety.
• Assist customers with rate quotes, claims and appointments.
• Gather data for reporting and maintain relationships with partners.
• Ensure proper OS&D processing.
• Perform administrative duties and comply with laws and policies.
