• Plan manpower and schedules to meet customer deadlines and service levels.
• Coordinate with staff to assign clear, concise job tasks and directions.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining high safety standards.
• Assist customers with rate information, claims, and appointment setting.
• Compile performance data and generate reporting for management.
