Job summary

European Wax Center in Plano, TX is seeking a Manager, Operations for its corporate-owned center portfolio. You will translate priorities into practical tools, routines, and action plans, coordinating with District Managers and corporate functions to remove barriers and ensure initiatives are implemented consistently across the portfolio.

You will lead cross-functional projects, develop SOPs and playbooks, and drive audits, safety and onboarding for new centers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, retail management, hospitality, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive multi-unit retail or consumer-service experience.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and process improvement experience.
• Ability to translate data into actionable operations improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop SOPs, playbooks, and field resources to improve consistency.
• Lead audits and safety programs across corporate-owned centers.
• Guide acquisitions integration and Day 1 readiness with cross-functional teams.
• Translate priorities into field-facing plans and communications.
