Job summary
European Wax Center in Plano, TX, seeks a Manager, Franchise Development to own site development execution for assigned markets and franchisees, from onboarding to lease execution and opening.
You will partner with Construction, Finance, Legal, Operations, Training, and cross-functional teams to drive timely, high-quality new center openings aligned with growth strategy. Hybrid work arrangement available.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in franchise development with real estate focus.
- Experience within a franchisor organization.
- Experience supporting lease negotiations and LOIs.
- Familiarity with real estate economics, development timelines, and portfolio strategy.
- Experience with M&A or strategic transactions preferred.
- Experience with FranConnect or similar CRM is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead site evaluations using market, financial, and operational data.
- Manage New Center Openings (NCO) pipeline and timelines.
- Guide franchisees through site selection, approvals, and timelines.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align development and opening.
- Own development reporting and translate data into insights.
- Review LOIs and leases for financial & risk implications.
- Drive process improvements for scalable growth.
