Job summary

European Wax Center in Plano, TX seeks a Senior HR Generalist to support leaders and associates across our corporate centers, partnering with field leadership to drive people practices, ensure compliance, and foster a positive associate experience.

You will advise on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and HR program execution across a multi-state hourly workforce, coaching leaders, managing investigations, and delivering accurate HR metrics and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws across multi-state hourly workforce.
• Partner with field leadership to develop and execute HR programs, workforce planning and reporting.
• Coach leaders on effective management, performance conversations, and associate development.
• Own HR processes and recurring deliverables for corporate centers, including data accuracy and reporting.
