Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of franchise construction project management experience.
• Strong computer skills: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects and timelines with urgency and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Lead franchisee and corporately developed new store/relocation/remodel projects through all aspects of construction, including initial plan review, vendor selection, permitting, build-out, and opening.
• Act as project manager for all new centers/relocations/remodels with timely updates and projections using FranConnect.
• Work with Operations and Development to manage regional market strategy for new centers, relocations, and remodels.
• Manage all company supplied vendors and ensure performance and delivery of company items and schedules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, supply chain, and marketing to ensure activities are scheduled and completed on time.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with franchisees.
