Uptown Alley/Uphoff Ventures LLC is seeking a Manager Assistant to support the Operations Manager in daily facility oversight. You will coordinate guest interactions, safety, and staff scheduling to ensure smooth operation.

The role emphasizes leadership, financial monitoring, and hands-on supervision of maintenance and guest services, with a focus on delivering a legendary experience.

Qualifications

• Highschool or GED equivalent.
• Must be 21 years old.
• Ability to work up to 50 hours per week.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand long periods.
• Desirable AA/BA in business management.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations for the GM/AGM ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Monitor financial performance and adjust operational strategies.
• Oversee health, safety, and maintenance of the facility.
• Supervise staff and lead recruitment and training efforts.
• Provide admin support to operations leadership and teams.
• Coordinate with venue techs on maintenance and inspections.
• Manage loyalty programs and guest information services.
