Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise inbound, outbound, product slotting and customer communication daily.
• Plan labor, space, equipment and manpower to meet goals.
• Hire, train, and evaluate staff; address performance issues.
• Manage receiving, warehousing and shipping per SOPs and client terms.
• Meet client KPIs and drive cost-efficient operations.
