Job summary

Riverstone Logistics is seeking an Operations Manager in Gibsonton, FL to support the General Manager and supervise client-based operations. The role focuses on maximizing labor efficiency, reducing overhead, and improving process performance within the site.

You will lead Extra Milers, enforce Lean warehouse principles where applicable, and ensure timely planning and execution of transportation and vendor management. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required (Bachelor’s Degree preferred).
• 3-5 years of warehouse, distribution, and/or supply chain operations with at least 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Exposure to Lean principles, systems, and tools (where applicable).

Responsibilities

• Supporting the General Manager in meeting and exceeding client service goals.
• Leading onboarding and training of Extra Milers within the location.
• Overseeing operations and ensuring objectives are met.
• Acting as the Location’s point of contact in the General Manager's absence.
• Managing dispatching, routing, and tracking of transportation.
• Enforcing safety and company compliance standards across the operation.
• Managing a team of direct reports with coaching and discipline.
