Job summary

Pinnacle Live, LLC is seeking a Venue Manager in Texas to lead daily AV operations and service delivery at our premier hotel and resort venues. The role requires hands-on equipment setup, live-event execution, and strong client communication to ensure flawless events.

Responsibilities include coordinating set/strike, inventory control, invoicing, and safety compliance, while collaborating with the Venue Director to elevate guest experiences and uphold Pinnacle Live's high standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years AV/hospitality experience.
• 2 years advanced AV experience in live events.
• Proficient with PowerPoint, Keynote, and Internet usage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily venue operations and set/strike equipment as required.
• Operate equipment in a live show setting as needed.
• Greet guests and instruct on equipment usage.
• Maintain inventory and coordinate with clients to enhance events.
• Review invoices and obtain client signatures on invoices/add-ons.
• Ensure safety measures are followed and company standards are met.
• Maintain billing/event order system with accurate client information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
