Job summary

Triumph Integrated Systems in Forest, Ohio, seeks a seasoned operations leader to drive production excellence. You will guide manufacturing, lead a lean deployment, and ensure cost, schedule and quality targets are met while engaging a wide range of teams and customers.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of plant leadership in a low-volume/high-mix environment and proven ability to develop talent in a unionized setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related field with practical knowledge.
• 5+ years manufacturing leadership experience, preferably with welding/machining.
• Proven ability to lead 50+ employees in a unionized, high-mix environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead production operations to meet schedule, cost and quality goals.
• Establish KPIs and report progress to executives and teams.
• Drive lean culture and Triumph Operating System deployment.
• Manage budgets and monthly operations reviews.
• Collaborate with Program Management to align with customers.
