Job summary

TRIUMPH seeks a Supervisor, Operations in Forest, OH to lead quality initiatives and oversee production processes. The role emphasizes developing and applying inspection standards, coordinating resources, and guiding a high-performing team in a manufacturing setting.

You will work within a safety-focused environment, collaborating across departments to meet delivery deadlines while driving continuous improvement and cost-efficient quality outcomes for aerospace and industrial components.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Three or more years of related experience.
• Effective supervisory/leadership skills are required.
• Pursuant to ITAR/EAR, certain positions require US citizenship or eligible status.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develops, modifies, applies, and maintains quality/inspection standards and evaluation methods for products and processes.
• Assesses quality performance using statistical methods and establishes inspection procedures.
• Coordinates technical evaluations and data acquisition to meet quality objectives.
• Plans, monitors work progress, and ensures delivery dates with manpower, materials, and machinery.
• Provides guidance and maintains controls to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Trains and develops employees and applies performance management techniques.
• Establishes controls for proper use of machinery and maintains a safe, clean work area.
• Leads and motivates teams toward product improvement and cycle time reduction.
• Performs other related responsibilities as required.
