Triumph Integrated Systems - Electronics and Controls in Forest, Ohio, is seeking a site leadership team member to drive production, lean deployment and continuous improvement across welding and machining operations. You will lead initiatives to meet schedule, cost and quality goals and build a high‑performance team.

The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing, strong leadership, and proficiency with MS Office tools. A BA in a related field and experience in union environments are preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
