Job summary

Triumph Integrated Systems, located in Forest, Ohio, is seeking a Supervisor, Maint Facilities to lead maintenance and quality control operations. You will develop and apply quality standards, coordinate manpower, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least three years of related supervisory experience, with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• Three or more years of related experience.
• Effective supervisory / leadership skills are required.
• Pursuant to ITAR/EAR, applicants must provide proof of U.S. citizenship/residency.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develops, modifies, applies, and maintains quality/inspection standards and evaluation methods for products and processes.
• Assesses quality performance using statistical methods and develops inspection plans.
• Guides technical evaluations and data acquisition to meet quality objectives.
• Plans and monitors work progress, coordinates manpower and materials to meet delivery dates.
• Provides guidance to solve problems and maintain quality standards.
• Trains and develops employees and enforces company policies.
