Job summary

Triumph Integrated Systems - Electronics and Controls in Forest, OH, is seeking a Manager I, Operations to lead site operations and drive lean manufacturing initiatives. You will manage production lines, coordinate with program management, and ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery.

The role requires a BA/BS, 5+ years in manufacturing, experience with welding/machining in a low-volume/high-mix setting, and a proven ability to lead 50+ employees while embedding continuous improvement across

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
Five (5) years experience in a manufacturing facility.
Experience leading an operation with welding and machining lines is highly preferred.
Experience leading production operations in a low volume/high mix environment is ideal.
Proven success in leading and cultivating highly engaged, empowered and accountable teams of 50+ employees.
Lean/continuous improvement experience and manufacturing techniques to drive quality, cost and schedule.

Responsibilities

Lead the site leadership team to achieve financial and non-financial goals.
Direct production operations and facilities to meet schedule, cost and quality objectives.
Set goals and schedules for improvements and drive execution.
Establish KPIs and report progress to leadership and customers.
Drive lean culture and Triumph Operating System deployment.
