Job summary

Ethos Risk Services in Phoenix seeks a full-time Assistant Operations Manager to assist the Operations Manager in overseeing Field Investigators within the assigned territory. This leader will help communicate company directives and strategy, provide timely feedback on investigator morale, successes, and concerns, and consider client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in criminology or related field preferred.
• Investigation background preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Case preparation: prepare case updates for clients' daily review with accuracy.
• Performance review: assess investigator performance on timeliness, quality of reports.
• Case assignment: assign surveillance cases considering proximity and cost.
• Coordination: work with Operations Managers, investigators, and FAC to meet objectives.
• Client communication: maintain proactive client updates on cases under supervision.
• Invoice approval: verify vendor invoices and approve after validation.
• Staffing support: assist regional staffing needs based on projected growth.
• Timecard review: review and approve investigator timecards.
