Job summary

Advantage Media Services is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Bear, DE to oversee and motivate operations staff to meet productivity goals. You will coach and lead teams to achieve production and quality targets while ensuring safety, training, and adherence to company policies.

The role requires at least two years of supervisory experience in warehousing or distribution, forklift certification, and strong leadership, organization and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years warehouse supervisory experience.
• Ability to become forklift certified.
• Understanding of warehousing operations with experience in a distribution and/or fulfillment environment.
• Skills in leadership, organization, communication and cross functional teamwork.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Word.
• College education a plus or work experience equivalent.

• Direct warehouse personnel and activities to ensure compliance with client contracts
• Prepare status and production reports

This individual is tasked with overseeing and motivating operations employees to meet productivity objectives. They will also be focusing on coaching and leading the operations team to effectively and safely attain production and quality targets. Furthermore, they will be responsible for supervising and training warehouse staff to ensure adherence to production schedules, company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
