Job summary

ADVANTAGE MEDIA SERVICES LLC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations, coordinate schedules, and lead the warehouse team to meet production and quality targets.

You will coach staff, supervise training, ensure adherence to client contracts, safety regulations, and company policies, and prepare production reports. Fluency in English required; Spanish preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years warehouse supervisory experience.
• Ability to become forklift certified.
• Experience in distribution and fulfillment environments.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate warehouse schedules and direct warehouse personnel to ensure client contracts are met.
• Prepare status and production reports.
• Communicate receipt and processing of client products; train new employees including temp staff.
• Ensure safety and welfare of all employees in compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Perform related administrative duties as required.

They will also be focusing on coaching and leading the operations team to effectively and safely attain production and quality targets.
