Job summary

Paycom is seeking an Operations Lead to supervise and motivate the warehouse and operations staff, ensuring productivity, safety, and quality targets are met. You will coach the team, manage schedules, and ensure adherence to client contracts and company policies.

The role requires leadership, organization, and strong communication, with forklift certification and experience in distribution/fulfillment highly desirable. Fluency in English is preferred; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years warehouse supervisory experience.
• Ability to become forklift certified.
• Experience in distribution/fulfillment environments.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Word.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate warehouse schedules and work with Operations Manager/Director of Operations.
• Direct warehouse personnel and activities to ensure client contract compliance.
• Prepare status and production reports.
• Communicate receipt and processing of client products.
• Interact with and train new employees including temporary staff.
• Promote safety and welfare of all employees; perform related administrative duties.
