Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum two years warehouse supervisory experience.
• Ability to become forklift certified.
• Understanding of warehousing operations in a distribution/fulfillment environment.
• Leadership, organizational, communication, and cross-functional teamwork skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Excel/Word).
• College education a plus or work experience equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate warehouse schedules and work with Operations Manager/Director of Operations.
• Direct warehouse personnel to ensure client contract compliance.
• Prepare status and production reports.
• Communicate receipt and processing of client products.
• Interact with and train new employees including temps.
• Ensure safety and welfare of all employees.
• Perform related administrative duties.
