Job summary

Superpower is hiring an Operations Lead to build and scale the operations behind our member experience. You’ll scale the workforce and systems to support growth, improving blood draw reliability, diagnostic delivery, and vendor performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience across operations, strategy and operations, consulting, or building a company.
• Experience building or improving a business operation, with clear ownership and outcomes.
• AI-native mindset: using AI to investigate problems, automate workflows, and scale operations.
• Systems thinking: redesign the system to solve recurring issues across incentives, handoffs, tools, data, and processes.
• Understand P&L impact and prioritize work by business impact even if not owning P&L.

Responsibilities

• Improve blood draw operations: expand appointment availability, reliability, and reduce errors.
• Strengthen diagnostic and vendor operations: improve diagnostics flow, evaluate partners, manage costs and service standards.
• Build workforce capacity: forecast demand, model staffing, and increase productivity with AI/automation.
• Scale B2B operations: develop repeatable onboarding and activation processes for employers and employees.
• Launch new operational capabilities: define pilots, secure vendors, and setup new service delivery.
• Make operations resilient: documentation, clear ownership, and scalable improvement processes.
