Job summary

Camber is seeking an Operations Lead to architect our Operations function, owning key workflows and building scalable, data-driven systems that ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly and enable delivering high-quality care.

You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Data to deploy these systems and partner with Payer, CX, and Growth teams to refine them in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of operational experience in a high-growth environment.
• Strong strategic problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Proven track record of driving execution and delivering measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Optimize and own key operational workflows and processes.
• Translate operational needs into product and engineering requirements; collaborate across teams.
• Lead 0-1 initiatives by defining strategy and laying foundations for scalable systems.
• Develop and implement scalable processes in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze operational data to drive decisions and align with OKRs and roadmap goals.
