Job summary

Culligan is seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to lead service technicians, route drivers, and warehouse staff at our Fletcher location. You will optimize scheduling, route efficiency, and policy enforcement while driving a culture of accountability and safety.

You will coach the team, manage inventory and equipment, and address customer inquiries with urgency, delivering the personalized service unique to a family-owned, community-focused business.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of supervisory or management experience in field operations, service, or logistics.
• Water treatment, plumbing, HVAC, or related technical background preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Valid driver’s license and required state certifications for vehicle operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations for Service Technicians, Route Drivers, and Warehouse staff.
• Manage scheduling and routing to ensure efficient service and delivery operations.
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures at the branch level.
• Conduct daily coaching, performance check-ins, and team development activities.
• Assign, schedule, and oversee service work, deliveries, and warehouse workflows.
• Track and maintain productivity benchmarks, including call-backs and stops per day.
• Address employee performance concerns promptly and constructively.
• Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism and urgency.
• Perform basic installation and removal of water treatment equipment as needed.
• Uphold all safety guidelines and promote a culture of safe work practices.
• Maintain an organized, efficient, and secure warehouse environment.
• Manage inventory, tools, equipment, and operational supplies.
