Culligan is seeking an Operations Manager in Bismarck, ND to lead Service Technicians, Route Drivers, and Warehouse Staff. The role focuses on implementing efficient customer service policies and driving operational excellence across branches.

You will establish policies, oversee daily activities, and ensure high-quality, timely service while maintaining safety and productivity standards. This position offers opportunities for growth and hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years frontline supervisory or management experience.
• Water treatment or plumbing background preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Valid driver's license and required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations for Service Technicians, Route Drivers, and Warehouse Staff.
• Manage routing of deliveries and service calls.
• Enforce branch policies and procedures.
• Review performance with technicians and staff daily.
• Schedule and review daily service work, deliveries, and warehouse tasks.
• Maintain call-back and productivity standards.
• Coach employees and address performance issues promptly.
• Respond to customer inquiries, including negative situations.
• Assist with basic installation/removal of water treatment equipment.
• Uphold safety guidelines and keep warehouse organized.
• Manage inventory and supplies.
