Job summary

Franklin Energy is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across the program portfolio. You will manage an Operations team, forecast performance, and report on metrics under the guidance of the Program Manager.

This role emphasizes proactive quality assurance, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure contract compliance and client satisfaction. Willingness to travel as needed is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of progressive team management experience.
• Experience in energy efficiency or demand response program operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead Operations team including Analysts, Auditors, Specialists, and Coordinators.
• Support delivery of program goals towards KPI targets.
• Oversee forecasting, invoicing, and reporting for programs.
• Coordinate QA processes and documentation across portfolios.
• Identify process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams on QA projects and reporting.
• Ensure contracts, SOWs, and KPIs are up to date and accessible.
