Job summary

Franklin Energy / AM Conservation is seeking a Program Manager II to lead multiple energy efficiency programs in partnership with clients and energy professionals. You will own program budgets, shape strategic direction, and drive financial and operational success while developing teams and managing vendor relationships.

The role requires strong leadership, collaboration with senior stakeholders, and a data-driven approach to achieving energy goals. Travel up to 40% may be involved as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Engineering/technology or science background preferred.
• Technical experience in developing/reviewing energy savings calculations to determine paybacks and incentive levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program operations to ensure client requirements are met
• Manage budgets and develop production plans for programs
• Prepare monthly invoices and activity reports as required to client or management
• Develop and deliver client presentations and respond to questions with confidence
• Identify and develop talents and lead trainings and safety initiatives
• Report on program performance and financial metrics to clients and management
