Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong data entry skills in tracking systems/databases.

Responsibilities

• Identify and deliver enhancements in reporting and tracking of program operations to drive productivity or improve program management capabilities.
• Develop project timelines and manage milestones to ensure on-time delivery.
• Liaison with support departments, and potentially the client, to move projects to completion.
• Identify opportunities for automation through advanced Excel tools or IM development.
• Act as point person for delivering all key process, technology, or tool enhancements.
• Plan for training needs, process changes, and reporting capabilities that come with enhancements.
• Roll out new tools or program features, including development, testing and training.
• Focus on continuous improvement through system and process advancements.
