Job summary

Ideal candidates have 5+ years leading continuous improvement and 3+ years cross-functional leadership; PMP/Lean Six Sigma preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science or equivalent required.
• 5+ years experience leading continuous improvement projects.
• 3+ years experience leading cross functional teams, projects, or direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives and prioritization across the organization.
• Lead portfolio governance, prioritization, and performance tracking for value realization.
• Develop business cases, scope definitions, and value realization plans aligned to objectives.
