Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years in report design and development.
• 1–2 years in client facing project management.
• 1–2 years of customer service/sales/office experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and deliver enhancements in reporting and tracking of program operations.
• Solidify and streamline tools that can be used as client and program deliverables.
• Develop project timelines and manage milestones for on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with support departments or client to move projects to completion.
• Identify opportunities for automation through advanced Excel tools or IM development.
• Act as point person for delivering all key process, technology, or tool enhancements.
• Plan training needs, process changes, and reporting capabilities after enhancements.
• Support rollout (development, testing, training) of new tools or features.
• Focus on continuous improvement through system and process advancements.
• Manage all program reporting needs including invoicing, data entry validations, and troubleshooting.
• Train staff on reporting capabilities to broaden regional reporting skills.
