Job summary

Travel up to 80% to drive project execution, site assessments, and direct installations. Strong supervisory, communication, and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience installing technologies in energy or utility sectors is a plus.
• Minimum three years in electric/natural gas utility, facilities, HVAC, lighting, or energy management.
• Weatherization knowledge is a plus; construction tools knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage onboarding training for new hires.
• Supervise scheduling operations including air sealing, direct install, and site assessments.
• Control inventory to ensure staff have tools and products.
• Conduct inspections of field personnel to monitor performance.
• Provide technical assistance to crews and troubleshoot issues.
• Approve installation summaries, timesheets, and expenses.
• Assist with performance reviews and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Collaborate with other Field Supervisors to improve operations.
• Perform and teach combustion safety testing and direct installation.
