Job summary

Franklin Energy is hiring a Field Supervisor to oversee field personnel installing energy-efficient equipment. You will create onboarding training, supervise scheduling, manage inventory, and ensure quality and safety through inspections and approvals.

The role requires coordination with other supervisors and hands-on support for combustion safety testing and direct installations. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in related energy or utility fields, strong customer service, and proficiency in MS

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum three years in electric/natural gas utility, facilities management, HVAC design or related fields.
• Experience in installing technologies and field operations.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage onboarding training for new hires.
• Supervise scheduling coordinator and field appointments (air sealing, direct install, site assessments).
• Manage inventory and tools; ensure crews have necessary energy-efficiency products.
• Conduct inspections of field personnel and document quality and safety.
• Support crews with troubleshooting and logistics; provide technical assistance.
