Krispy Kreme in the United States is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring safety, cleanliness, quality and speed to deliver a WOW experience for our guests. You will supervise hourly Team Members, assist with scheduling, onboarding and training, and partner with shop leadership to drive performance and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience.
• 1 year of experience supervising a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Steadfast commitment to nurture an equitable, unbiased culture.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Travel Requirements: 0-10%.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the shop.
• Manage the flow of service to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead high performance team of hourly Team Members.
• Assist AM/GM with scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests by nurturing a culture where all people know that their wonderfully original identities are welcomed & loved.
