Job summary

Aspen Dental is hiring an Assistant Dental Office Manager, or Operations Lead, to report to the Manager and run daily front office tasks. You\'ll participate in an eight-week training program to succeed in your role.

You’ll deliver superior patient service, collaborate with the dental team, verify insurance payments, manage scheduling, and help balance deposits, while contributing to a supportive culture and career growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate analytical thinking and data leverage.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care.
• Work with dental team to deliver excellent patient care.
• Consult with patients on treatment options and verify insurance.
• Supervise non-clinical team tasks under Manager.
• Review data daily to evaluate practice impact.
• Oversee scheduling and confirm patient appointments.
• Verify insurance payments and process deposits.
• Handle additional tasks as assigned.
