• 4–6 years of leadership experience in operations or similar fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing people and improving team performance.
• Experience overseeing daily operations, workflows, and service delivery.
• Strong business acumen and accountability for quality targets.
• Experience managing senior-level client expectations and resolving delivery concerns.
• Ability to translate business strategy into tactical plans and daily execution.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and problem solving.
• Ability to use data and metrics to identify trends and drive improvements.

Responsibilities
