Job summary

CloudKitchens in Los Angeles is seeking an Associate Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, facility maintenance, onboarding new restaurant partners, and to deliver exceptional customer support.

You will lead a facility team with scheduling, training, and performance management, ensure sanitation and health standards, and drive sales through partner engagement and tours, while maintaining strong KPI reporting and partner satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2 years Operations Management (Preferred)
• 2 years Employee/Assistant Management (Preferred)
• 2 years Restaurant Management (Preferred)
• 2 years Property Management (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Lead and train a dedicated facility team, handling scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Manage an efficient order fulfillment process and deliver excellent customer service.
• Manage a janitorial team; uphold cleaning and sanitation protocols, ensuring compliance with local health and safety regulations.
• Cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering teamwork and communication across teams and departments.
• Lead facility tours and sales pitches to engage restaurants and build relationships.
• Develop and maintain internal relationships to set expectations and identify value-added opportunities.
