Atoms in Los Angeles is seeking an Associate Operations Manager to oversee daily cloud kitchen facility operations, maintain equipment, onboard prospective restaurant partners, and deliver exceptional customer support.

You will lead a facility team, manage scheduling and training, ensure cleanliness and safety, and drive a positive, collaborative environment while growing partner relationships and optimizing operations for on-time delivery and quality.

Qualifications

• Operations Management: 2 years (Preferred).
• Employee/Assistant Management: 2 years (Preferred).
• Restaurant Management: 2 years (Preferred).
• Property Management: 2 years (Preferred).
• Growing online food delivery demand and restaurant partner onboarding experience are valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train a facility team with scheduling, training and performance management.
• Manage an efficient order fulfillment process and deliver excellent customer service.
• Oversee janitorial team; ensure cleaning and health-safety compliance.
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment and cross-team collaboration.
• Lead facility tours and sales pitches to engaged restaurants.
• Onboard new restaurant partners with permits, platform setup, and launch strategy.
• Monitor KPI metrics and contribute to planning and profitability.
• Manage facility P&L and coordinate vendor repairs when needed.
