Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee rater selection, certification, training content, scale acquisition, and study documentation across global projects.

The role reports to the Operations Director, Clinical Assessment Technologies, and requires strong organization, communication, and leadership skills with domestic and international travel. The salary range is disclosed; compensation includes benefits and growth potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Science preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience working in clinical trials.
• At least 2 years in leading a team or managing members.
• Solid knowledge of SOPs/ICH-GCP/regulatory guidelines.
• Competency with data and numbers.
• Fluent English in writing and speaking.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate completeness of rater qualification documents and communicate results to Sponsor and study team.
• Develop study-specific training portals and ensure readiness based on study timelines.
• Coordinate Investigator Meetings and CAT materials; may attend such meetings.
• Oversee editing and formatting of didactic training presentations.
• Manage scale licenses, translations, and regulatory authorizations.
• Monitor data surveillance and provide reports to the study team and Sponsor.
• Provide CAT data for Final Study Report.
• Archive CAT study documents.
• Advise on rater training and data surveillance plans as per sponsor/protocol.
