Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee rater selection, training content, scale/licensing, and data surveillance for Clinical Assessment Technologies. You will ensure SOP/ICH-GCP compliance and timely project delivery under the Operations Director.

Travel domestically and internationally is required. The role emphasizes organization, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration, with a competitive salary and benefits in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Science preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in clinical trials.
• At least 2 years of people management or strong leadership/mentoring ability.
• Solid knowledge of SOPs, ICH/GCP, and regulatory guidelines.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate completeness of rater qualification documents and report results to Sponsor and study team.
• Develop study-specific rater training portals and ensure readiness per timelines.
• Arrange Investigators’ Meetings and related CAT materials; may attend meetings.
• Oversee editing/formatting of didactic training presentations.
• Manage scale licenses, translations, regulatory approvals, and sponsor sign-offs.
• Maintain data surveillance through tracking of source documentation and reporting.
• Provide CAT data for Final Study Report and archive all study documents.
• Advise on rater training and surveillance plans to meet sponsor and protocol specs.
• Support sponsor kick-off meetings and collaborate with the study team on budgetary needs.
