Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee rater selection, training content, and data surveillance across Phase I–IV trials. You will coordinate meetings, manage study documentation, and ensure compliance with SOPs, ICH/GCP, and regulatory guidelines. Travel to domestic and international meetings is required.

You will lead a team, manage budgets, and collaborate with the Operations Director, Clinical Assessment Technologies, to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Science preferred.
• Two to four years of experience working in clinical trials.
• At least two years of experience managing team members or leading a team.
• Solid knowledge of SOPs, ICH/GCP, and regulatory guidelines.
• Fluency in English for day‑to‑day business.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate completeness of rater qualification documents and communicate results.
• Develop study-specific rater training portals and ensure readiness.
• Coordinate Investigators’ Meetings and CAT materials; attend meetings if needed.
• Oversee editing/formatting of training presentations.
• Manage scale licenses, translations, and sponsor approvals for study documents.
• Track data surveillance and provide reports to the team and Sponsor.
• Support final CAT study reports with necessary data.
• Oversee archiving of CAT study documents.
• Assist in presenting CAT operations at Sponsor Kick-Offs and budget discussions.
