Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Science preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in clinical trials.
• Experience leading a team and managing staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate completeness of rater experience qualification documents and communicate results to Sponsor and study team.
• Develop study-specific rater training portals and ensure readiness based on study timelines.
• Coordinate Investigators’ Meetings and CAT materials; attend such meetings when needed.
• Organize timely editing and formatting of didactic training presentations.
• Oversee scale licenses, translations, regulatory authorizations, and Sponsor approvals.
• Maintain data surveillance by tracking source documentation and generating reports.
• Provide CAT data to ensure the Final Study Report is comprehensive.
• Oversee archiving of all CAT study documents.
• Consult on rater training and data surveillance plans adhering to sponsor specs.
• May present at Sponsor Kick-Off Meetings regarding CAT operations.
