Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee rater selection, training content, scale acquisition, surveillance, and document management. You will ensure projects meet SOPs, ICH/GCP, and regulatory guidelines while coordinating with the Operations Director and study team.

The role requires two to four years in clinical trials, at least two years in people management, and strong planning, communication, and data skills. Domestic and international travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Science preferred.
• Two to four years of experience working in clinical trials.
• At least two years of experience managing team members or leading a team.
• Competency with SOPs, ICH/GCP, and regulatory guidelines.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate completeness of rater experience qualification documents and communicate results to Sponsor and study team.
• Develop study-specific rater training portals and ensure readiness based on timelines.
• Coordinate Investigators’ Meetings and CAT materials; may attend such meetings.
• Oversee editing and formatting of didactic training presentations.
• Manage scale licenses, translations, regulatory authorizations, and Sponsor approvals.
• Maintain data surveillance by tracking source documentation and generating reports.
