• Communicate changes to operational requirements and their impact on processes and controls.
• Lead Operations with minimal guidance and ensure day-to-day activities align with objectives.
• Escalate operational, regulatory and other risks as needed.
• Execute all payments projects, driving transformation and continuous improvement.
