The role supports the bank's 3 Lines of Defense framework by overseeing non-financial risk controls for Cash Management and coordinating with ORM, Compliance, and Audit.

The position requires strategic risk assessment, control design review, and collaboration across time zones to drive effective governance.

Qualificações

• Experience in risk and control within financial services
• Strong analytical and communication abilities
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across time zones

Responsabilidades

• Oversee business control processes and ensure controls are designed and evidenced
• Advise and follow up on audit findings and SIIs throughout the NFR lifecycle
• Support internal and external audits and regulatory inquiries with analysis and solutions
• Drive risk identification and assessments relative to risk appetite
• Prepare governance information for senior management and decision making
• Think strategically about market themes and trends
