Job summary

Children's Aid Society on the Salome Urena Campus seeks an Operations Manager to align payroll, IT, facilities and subcontracts with the agency's mission. You will coordinate with campus leadership and central teams to improve processes and ensure compliant, efficient operations.

This role oversees staff onboarding, timekeeping, vendor payments, and safety clearances, while guiding continuous improvement and reporting to the Community School Director.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or related field, or 5 years' experience.
• Experience managing payroll and subcontracts.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
