Job summary

Children's Aid seeks an experienced Operations Manager for the Salome Ureña Campus in New York. You will ensure business practices and campus operations run smoothly, addressing program and DOE-related concerns in a timely manner, and you will partner with school and district stakeholders to support Children’s Aid programs.

Reporting to the Community School Director, you will coordinate training for site staff, supervise payroll processes, orient new employees to organizational standards, and

Qualifications

• Experience in nonprofit operations and program support.
• Ability to manage payroll processes and vendor sub-contracts.
• Strong collaboration with multiple internal teams.
• Attention to compliance, efficiency, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee campus business practices and operations to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Partner with Payroll, Fiscal, IT, Facilities, and HR to support CAS strategies.
• Act as liaison between Community School Director and SU Campus management.
• Coordinate training for site administrative staff and orient new hires.
• Lead continuous improvements in processes and standard of efficiencies.
