Job summary

The American Red Cross is seeking a regional administrative operations lead to oversee daily support services and business office functions. You will monitor budgets, process procurement, manage facilities, fleet, HR, IT, and records; guiding volunteers while complying with regulations.

Strong candidates will have 5+ years in nonprofit financial or facilities operations, proficiency with MS Office, and experience in vendor management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of financial or facilities operations experience in non-profit or similar settings.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to manage budgets, reporting, and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Monitor budget and expenditure; approve procurement transactions and forecasts.
• Coordinate facility activities and maintenance; manage vendor relationships.
• Provide volunteer training for administrative transactions aligned with strategies.
• Analyze fleet records and management; oversee real estate planning.
• Support events preparation; assist with certificates, forms and codes.
