Job summary

Candidates should have at least a high school diploma, 3 years of financial or facilities experience, and an associate degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of financial or facilities administrative support experience in community organizations, government agencies, non-profit organizations, or related field.
• Proficient with MS Office; strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative budget support: expense coding, financial reports, forecasting analysis, and procurement processes.
• Coordinate training for volunteers and support IT/business applications; serve as operations backup.
• Manage facilities/asset activities, vendor relationships, and fleet records within budget.
• Assist with insurance certificates, grant data, and regulatory forms; support meeting planning.
